Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending any of our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket, and event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry at their discretion.

2. Event Changes

Event details, including date, time, location, and programming, are subject to change. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders may be offered a credit or rescheduled date at the organizer’s discretion.

3. Health & Safety

Attendees participate in all activities (including but not limited to dance, meditation, and wellness sessions) at their own risk. By attending, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate. Please consult a physician if you have any concerns.

4. Liability Waiver

The event organizers, instructors, and venue are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of attending the event. Attendees assume full responsibility for their participation.

5. Alcohol Consumption

For events that include alcohol (such as wine tastings), attendees must be 21 years of age or older and may be required to present valid ID. Please drink responsibly. The organizers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

6. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Media Release

By attending, you grant permission for your image, likeness, or voice to be captured in photos or videos and used for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.

8. Personal Belongings

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
